Asked to get a testosterone and hormone panel and was told to go elsewhere. Absolute joke of a health clinic. This is why are health care system is messed up. Avoid.

There’s a much older gal named Rose that works fulltime at the front desk that helps set up primary care appointments for patients, I’ve been in there for other Services not related to primary care but I’ve heard her over the phone on the primary care side and she’s quite rude to people and pushy. I came for my appointment running a little late 11 mins and they told me the doctor couldn't see me because they only have a 10 min grace period. A minute for an appointment to ask if I'm okay with my meds and blood draw that that doctor doesn't have to do. I'll just find another doctor this was ridiculous and a waste of time if you have a 10 min grace period say that before the appointment is made. I would have just rescheduled online

Walked in at 8:02 for an 8:00 am appointment. I had to wait until 8:05 to speak to someone and the receptionist had to go back and “see if it was okay” to be seen late and then was told I couldn’t be seen until 9 because I had to arrive 15 minutes early to be seen on time, despite me checking in ahead of time and completing all paperwork.
