Walked in at 8:02 for an 8:00 am appointment. I had to wait until 8:05 to speak to someone and the receptionist had to go back and “see if it was okay” to be seen late and then was told I couldn’t be seen until 9 because I had to arrive 15 minutes early to be seen on time, despite me checking in ahead of time and completing all paperwork.
I appreciate Dr Claire Schimke’s compassion and attention to detail. Her whole staff is great.
