security gard is too nonsense. no manners how to deal with people
I wish i could give them less than 1 star for their service “I had a very disappointing experience with the security guard on duty today. His behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. He spoke in an inappropriate tone and showed a complete lack of basic manners, even though there was no reason for such hostility. I was directed to this center to collect my U.S. visa. I had to travel about 45 km and waited for more than 2 hours, only to be told that they were closing and could not complete my pickup. I had to take time off work on two separate days, which caused me both financial loss and wasted time. It would be very helpful if the center separated simple passport collection from other services and organized a faster process. People should not have to spend so much effort and time just to pick up their passports.
This is a agency run by BLS, a scam of BLS managers. Be aware, my rejected application by bls was eventually accepted by paying 800$ for OCI here. Irony of being Indian Citizen, We left India for corruption and these BLS managers bring it here as well. Do a hidden cam on the Managers at BLS
