If I could leave a 0 I would, do not trust this company! They do not care about their customer service and will end up abandoning you even if you call ahead multiple weeks ahead and are on time We scheduled a ride 2 weeks before our trip and I paid in advance, I also stated then that we needed a return ride. They refused to take our advance reservation and insisted that all we have to do is go to the counter after our return and everything will be fine. The drivers are fine but is you call, even when they say you don't need a reservation, demand to make one. Otherwise that's how you get stuck at the airport with 3 kids.
