Called for a quote and spent 10 minutes on the phone hearing about how great the liberals are..... dude i just wanted to know how much to move a shipping container... I dont care about your political reviews. Also fun fact. I just hung up and called another company.
Lady that answers the phone is rude and unprofessional, call to offer her a load and she immediately insults me and hangs up on me. Good riddance, from your other reviews I'm probably better off doing business with another carrier. It seems the other reviews with actual commentary are a good characterization of this company.
I've used this company many times, dispatch are always courteous and update on the status of the shipment until delivery!
