Lady that answers the phone is rude and unprofessional, call to offer her a load and she immediately insults me and hangs up on me. Good riddance, from your other reviews I'm probably better off doing business with another carrier. It seems the other reviews with actual commentary are a good characterization of this company.
I've used this company many times, dispatch are always courteous and update on the status of the shipment until delivery!
Did not pick up on time and when we called for ETA they kept saying 30 mins ever 30 mins for 4 hours.. VERY disappointing service. We would not be using them again
One of their drivers has parked his truck in front of our store so that other clients cannot park. He has the entire parking lot! I GENTLY approached him, knowing that parking lots are a source of frustration for drivers, and he tore a strip off of me! I didn't even get a chance to finish my sentence. I just threw my hands up and walked away. Meanwhile, we have clients wanting to enter our office. Absolutely no respect - this particular driver gives all delivery drivers and companies a bad name.
