I’ve been coming here every year since I can remember. She always talks so much to the point of forgetting to input things and delays the entire process but this never bothered me enough to stop coming. This year however I made an appt. and About an hour before I drove by and noticed it looked dark, I called to make sure someone was there and she made up this story as to why she couldn’t do my taxes that day. I got some major IRS problems resolved here and can honestly say that Moe got me whole again with my tax debt..and saved me lots of cash.. nothing bad to report about this place..
She always takes forever to do the actual taxes, Ive had issues with wrong info on my taxes multiple times. Can never get in touch with her, ive been trying to get in contact with her for over 6 months because I havent recieved my state taxes yet! I do not recommend at all.
My children and I have been going here for yrs. In the beginning we had a few issues not receiving refund. Getting a hold of her is not the easiest thing to do. She does spend a lot of time talking and has missed things or input the wrong information. We have waited up to two hrs. after our scheduled appt. time and once she wasn't even there, only to hear the excuses that it's her secretaries fault or a family emergency happened. Been using Executive for 4 years, this year she did not file my mom's taxes and will not return our phone calls. She keeps updating voicemail but will not return calls. I will never use Executive tax service ever again.
