Pre paid for my sons high school photos online back in August, it’s now October and still don’t have his photos. The package they send home to students state they will print all photos that are paid for, never happens. Now they are taking photos at my son’s home coming and yet we still have not got his photos. They Never respond to emails. I wish the school would find a different company.

Paid for and had pictures taken in early November. Called to see where my pictures are and was told they shipped them UPS to me on Dec.5th....I never received them. I was then told they would reprint and would get a call when they came in( I want to pick them up in person) and I'm still waiting! I only went here because they do senior pics for the yearbook. Highly disappointed and wondering who got the set of pictures that we never recieved.

You people at executive studio should be ashamed of yourself what ridiculous prices you have for senior pictures for elder high school do these pictures come incased in 24k gold or something you should be ashamed really you take advantage of the moment only to fatten your pockets what makes your pictures better than the next company that you got to charge a arm, an two legs I'm putting up a review for your company every were I can until you are fair on pricing an considerate of people pockets do you not understand the situat... read more

First of all, I would like to say: the overall quality of Executive's pictures is just not up to standard. My school requires that Executive be used for our senior yearbook pictures, and I was hoping to look pretty and feel confident in what I'm going to send in to the yearbook staff. However, what I received in the mail were overall unflattering, subpar quality photos that myself and several of my friends felt didn't capture my authentic appearance, due to poor angles and lighting.
