Robert Trainor is unethical and dishonest. He claimed to have provided service upon me when he did not. I filed a complaint against Mr. Trainor for his unscrupulous business practices with the Ulster County DA but Mr. Trainor did not respond. Had the case against me not been dismissed, you better believe I would have taken legal action against Mr. Trainor. If you have a serious case, which you do not want to have thrown out of court on procedural grounds, DO NOT hire Executive Process Service.
