AWFUL!!!!!! We pawned jewelry and coins and received the amount of $950. When the pawn became due in 90 days, went into the store and I was advised that in June of 2013 the store had been robbed and that our items were no longer available. However, we were assured that the items were insured by Lloyd's of London and that we would be given a financial settlement for those items. Scam Same situation as other ladies...over $16000 worth of jewelry stolen and he said pay pawn ticket off and he would turn into insurance. Did that...then he said ok we finally settled with insurance company and that he would pay me. Went to collect and its under different ownership!!!! No cameras in the shop and there still isn't. The guys behind the counter are very shady. I will be going to court and 3 on your side and every other avenue I can. This was insurance fraud for sure!!!

Executive Pawn I actually went to Executive Pawns location on Frank Lloyd Wright and the 101. I found out that the place on Thunderbird would have opened, but the bank took the shopping center back. The one I went to was really nice and the guys working there helped me out. I would recommend this place to anyone.
IS THIS PLACE FOR REAL??? WHAT A JOKE! While goggling for a pawnshop near my home, I came across Exective Pawn Shop as being the closest to Desert Highlands (which is close proximity to where I live). So I figured scottsdale road and thunderbird were closest. Only to find an empty store. Did they go of business ALREADY? When I call the number posted, I only get a recording that tells their hours.
