Very Happy – The process was great.. The closing was very smooth.. There were no surprises. The entire staff was very helpfull and a joy to work with.. I was pleased to find out that they were all Lisenced and Bonded... I would highly recommend them...

Unfortunately Not everyone Qualifies for a Loan – It's sad that people can go on these sites and write whatever they want - whether it's true or false.. This site does not verify any of the complaints and/or information listed!! Unfortunately when you close a large number of loans, there will be people that don't qualify!! Can't Fix Stupid – If you are told you only have 24 hours to live...go here..because a day process will last forever !! Seriously, how does this place exist in the market place ! FAST AND EASY PROCESS – I applied online and the loan officer called me within 30 seconds from the time that I got off the computer.. He was very friendly and didnt pressure me out.. The loan officer actually came to my home and made it a very easy process. They closed my loan within 3 weeks and the closing cost were actually lower at closing then what he originally told me.. Worst of the Worst – Run ..don't walk... away from this bunch of scam artist. Zero on the professionalism scale with no call backs from endless voice mail. My attorney also advised me that this was not a wise choice after this mortgage group wasted weeks of my time on a simple slam dunk refinance. Check with those in the know, before you wade into the waters with these clowns.

Great customer service - very helpfull and knowledgeable – I want to tell you that I had a great experience with Executive Mortgage Group.. What I liked was that all the loan officers are W2 employees, not 1099 or commissioned based only. Every Mortgage company that I called had loan officers that were commission only. They educated me about the entire process and did not try to "power sell" me. They actually directed me to shop around. They were very helpfull. Worst place to get a mortgage – I utilized Executive Mortgage for my first house purchase; the service was horrible. They never return phone calls; waiting over three weeks for them to clear my closing; call them on the phone and I get sent to voice mail. Once I was put on hold for twenty minutes only to find that loan officer left for the day (after asking me to hold on).
