I am sharing this account in my personal capacity and not as a representative of any organization. These statements are based solely on my first-hand experience with Executive Luxury Coaches. In over a decade in the touring industry, I have never worked with a company as unsafe and unprofessional as ELC. Their actions put minors at risk, disrupted critical schedules, and caused serious financial and logistical harm. Very communicative and efficient. Thank you for the service that you provide.
These drivers were a disservice and danger to our organization's athletes; turning off the A/C in the buses multiple times during hot summer weather with passengers inside, never waving or saying hello to other staff members, wreckless driving, the list continues.
Does anyone have a point of contact to get in touch with anyone at this company? Everytime I try to call its forwarded to voicemail and I never get a call back.
