Great service! Prompt pickups and clean spacious vans. Due to the problems with air travel this month we had two flight changes. The driver was not obligated to wait for us but was able to adjust the pickups anyway.
I wanted to write a very positive review of my experience with Executive Livery Service. I had made a reservation with this service several months ago. We needed the livery service to pick us up from Port Canaveral cruise port to a hotel by Orlando airport. Last week, we finished our cruise and we had made a pick-up time of 10am. Because of the government shutdown, there was only 5 custom agents to check out over 5100 passengers and they were not using facial recognition. On time and accommodating in every way. Made our trip relaxing and relaxing.
Scott was an awesome driver. It was nice to have a private shuttle from Orlando to the cruise port! Car was extremely clean as well.
