Sister booked for me, and I was traveling on emergency for her due to a medical emergency she had. I couldn't make it due to weather event but still got my sister help. Called Executive Express 24 hours before pickup and cancelled and requested refund for my sister (who was in severe pain and could not talk) the Executive Express representative stated "Refund ain't happenin!".
