My accounting firm was without internet and phones on a Sunday evening. Facing a busy Monday morning, I called ECS to leave a message hoping that I could get service on Monday morning at some point. My tech not only picked up the phone but helped me troubleshoot the problem until my connections were fixed - incredible service!!
