COURT REPORTERS BEWARE! This company has zero knowledge of transcription software. They sold me a product that was not compatible and then when I ordered a different product, I was issued a refund days later with no explanation. When I called, the owner lied and said that he had left a voicemail explaining why they were cancelling my order. There was no voicemail, no email, nothing. I’ve been a reporter for 25 years. Never had a problem with foot pedal compatibility until using this company.
