The WORST experience I have ever had with a company. Me and my family were T-boned in Florida and the car was destroyed. It was taken to an impound lot and I had no ride to the airport the next day. Nobody from the company ever answered my multiple phone calls, emails and social media posts trying to get at least a person to speak to. The first person I spoke to was at the airport counter after paying out of my own pocket $75 to get there from Ana Maria Island. I had to fill out a form - that was it. I wouldn’t recommend this rental service to anyone. Do not get me wrong, customer service was excellent. However, my “$259” total amount due soared to $444 due to “taxes”. Then, after I gave in and paid for the $444, I was told that there would be a $250 extra withdrawn from the account as a hold until the car was returned. I initially stated I did not want to pay too much for my rental and I was assured that I wouldn’t and that I was given discounts. However, my car rental went from $259 to $700. Never again!
