This review is for the Execucar that serves the Dallas metro area. We enjoyed a premium sedan (turned out to be luxury SUV) ride twice between Dallas Love Field and the Hilton Rockwall. Drivers were safe, arrived on time, dropped us off on time, and drove very clean luxury vehicles. We appreciated the driver knowledge of the area. False advertising! Website says hourly rates for a 10 passenger van are $85.00 per hour but the company quotes at $150 per hour and would not take responsibility.
Great communication, and on time. We so enjoyed Charles both to and from Sky Harbor. The vehicle was pristine. Charles was professional and friendly. Our pickup was at 2:00 AM and some distance but was without an issue. Our flight from London changed on the last day but we're easily able to contact them with no waiting upon arrival. Will be a repeat customer.
