I was charged for 2 gallons of fuel after driving only 35 miles and adding 1 gallon before returning the car. Their return photos show the fuel gauge barely dropped — from just above half to just below — and the range only decreased by about 20 miles. The 2-gallon charge felt excessive. The manager, Beatrice, was completely unprofessional. It was impossible to have a proper conversation with her—she never listens to customers! She just talks over you and refuses to hear anything you say. HAHA
