The worst buying experience. We purchased our vehicle during a move and needed it delivered. Despite the fact that the contracts were signed in late June and funds were sent July 1, our vehicle didn’t arrive until 3 weeks later. On top of that, our EV arrived with no charging cable, a fact that was never relayed to us through the buying process. This feedback is on Certified Preowned purchase. The dealer delivered the car without 2nd key and missing accessories. Shipped 2nd key without programing (new) and wrong accessories. Lance (Sales) stopped answering my call or text, called and Edwin (Sales Manager) told me to Lance will reach out, but never did. I've purchased the car in April and its now July. Who shall I reach out to? I've already tried calling the Sales and Sales Manager and both did not provide proper response.
I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento left me extremely disappointed. The issue was not simply that an expected credit was delayed—it was the complete lack of communication and professionalism after the sale.
