The posted hours are not accurate — I arrived during their stated open hours, but the location was closed. To make matters worse, no one returned my calls. There was no effort to assist or follow up. Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience.
Unprofessional and Misleading – Avoid This Rental Company I booked a car for 5/23/25 at 6 PM through 5/26/25 (Reservation #: WTR00E3F9) — three weeks in advance — and received two confirmations. When I arrived at 6 PM on Friday of Memorial Day weekend, the location was closed. Their system should not allow bookings outside of operating hours, but it still does. I really needed a car to rent, and no other company had any due to the upcoming holiday. But I found a hidden gem, Exec rent-a-car. Billy Gonzales took really good care of me. Nice and very patient in explaining the contact. And when I returned the car, he even came out with an umbrella to make sure I would not get wet coming into the office. He was fantastic and will defiantly come back and already recommended them to my family.
