Not sure where the good reviews come from . I’m visiting from out of state and called 4 times and no answer at all . Smh
The posted hours are not accurate — I arrived during their stated open hours, but the location was closed. To make matters worse, no one returned my calls. There was no effort to assist or follow up. Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience.
Unprofessional and Misleading – Avoid This Rental Company I booked a car for 5/23/25 at 6 PM through 5/26/25 (Reservation #: WTR00E3F9) — three weeks in advance — and received two confirmations. When I arrived at 6 PM on Friday of Memorial Day weekend, the location was closed. Their system should not allow bookings outside of operating hours, but it still does.
