Have not gotten a hold of anyone ordered a bat October 11 it is now November 14
The only reason this Company is getting 1 star is because I can not leave 0 Stars. I ordered a bat early August and have not received my bat nor will the respond back. 8/9 he said that the bat was shipping 8/10 never received a tracking number and have tried contacting them several times. This place is a joke.
They took my money on the 20th for a bat, said they would notify me upon shipping. I had to reach out to them the 7th and they responded they would check on the order. I again reached out the 11th and the owner(?) told me it was now out of stock. BUT its still for sale online. How long would they have kept my money? Choose somewhere else to buy.
This company is the best in the nation. I’ve tried other companies for bats and shaving, no one can match what they are doing! Thank you for the excellent customer service and the fast turn around. I was impressed with the video of my bat aswell!
