I purchased a baseball bat from Exclusive Bats on June 26. I attempted to contact via phone and email approximately a week later to find out the status of the order. On June 3, I finally got a hold of someone via phone who acted like I called the wrong number. Within 30 seconds, I get a text from the same number I just called stating that I was refunded on July 1 because the bat was out of stock. It’s a scam!! I ordered a bat cap. Received the wrong cap. The owner then convinced me to send the cap and my bat to him (March 2025). He has now stopped replying to my messages after insulting me. He’s also claimed multiple times that he was sending the bat back to me but never did. He knows this bat is for a preteen but stole it none the less. STAY FAR AWAY!!
