This is the worst tax preparer service in the Richmond area. They are not certified accountants and as a result, they don't know the nuances of tax law. I should've gone with my gut instinct and went to an actual accountant when I needed help filing my tax returns. I decided to use them when time was running out to file and they had appointments available. Dana helped me with my returns. She was great to work at first. Dana and Arlene do the taxes for my business and they've done the personal taxes for myself and all of our employees for the past couple of years. Always responsive, pleasant, and very well versed in all things tax/accounting related. Highly recommend!!
Waste of money. They even dont know how to fill ITIN form. I loose my 400$ and no refund when I asked for my money they just simply said We did work from our-side thats it they dont care of customer just care about their fees Very bad experience please dont go approach some other office.
It has been years since using a tax service to help us with our taxes. We were in need of some expertise with business and personal taxes this year and some kid gloves with the transition!
