My experience is very similar to recent reviews. Jasmine was great for 2022 and quarterly returns in 2023. However, when it came to file 2023 taxes the experience and communication basically went away. She did finally get my taxes filed after multiple (10+) attempts to reach her. I'm giving her 2 stars instead of 1 because she does do good work. However, she clearly cannot handle any more clients.
I connected with Jasmine at a networking event and decided to do my 2022 taxes with her. I even gave her multiple referrals. When it came to 2023 taxes, I wanted to get ahead of it and file quarterly. We had multiple scheduled meetings throughout the year, but every time, the day of the meeting, she would cancel. Finally it got down to the wire for tax time so, as an 1099 employee, I ended up having to pay my taxes in full. Went through Jasmine for my taxes in 22/23 and it was such an amazing experience that I recommended her to everyone and even had referrals come in to see her. This year, she ghosted me. Several reschedules and two no-shows before I stopped receiving communications. One of the rescheduled sessions she no-showed was on the DAY taxes were due.
