Harry the owner/migration agent cheated us and didn’t help our migration process at all. Avoid this agent at all costs especially if you want to save your money.
Sar. Harsatbir Singh is a very professional and knowledgeable person in the immigration field. I confirm this from my personal experience. I deal with him in a numbers of immigration matters and even some are complex ones, but he gives 100% positive results.
My experience was nothing short of a nightmare and I don't even know where to begin with this fraud of an agent. Incompetence at its finest, mishandling of documents, failure to provide updates, and ZERO communication amongst others. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction was truly appalling. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere; unless you want to be left frustrated and anxious about the fate of your visa application.
Worst service. Don’t waste your money and time please. Harry the agent never gave proper updates. He Kept asking for same documents and still submitted wrong documents because of his negligence my niece did not get her visa. Whenever I or my husband called him, he never want to answer nor call back. Very irresponsible and rude. At the end school administrators told us that he submitted wrong documents. Please don’t trust this agent/ agency.
