After buying furniture with defects they will not return or replace my money nor exchange after one day. That’s why I always see their parking lot empty. Management and customer satisfaction is horrible and will never buy there again. Go to their warehouse; it’s a circus.
Great customer service and I had good shopping experience with a sales associate that answered all of my questions about my furniture purchase.
Great store, good package deals, nice Bedroom selection, I wish they had more leather selection. My furniture was delivered on time but I wasn't at home because of some unforeseen circumstances, they came back next day but charged me a $40 redelivery fee I was Not happy about that but I understand that it was my fault not to be there even though they had confirmed the appointment. Overall very Happy and will Return.
I recently bought a living room set from this store and got plenty of compliments from my guests and I have to say, I loved their service, very nice people,great atmosphere and fast delivery!!! Very good collection of furniture, sales person was very helpful and the manager gave us a very good deal, I'm changing my bedroom set in few months I will definitely go back and get it from here I highly recommend exclusive furniture if your looking for good furniture and reasonable price..
Exclusive Furniture Almeda Mall is GREAT. The staff is super helpful and friendly. They have the best deals in town. My delivery was on time and the delivery guys were very professional.
I had a wonderful experience, had no trouble getting approved for credit and got exactly what I needed. Ask for Zeke, he did a great job!!!
Well the whole experiance was amazing we were helped out by Zeke he knows his stuff so if anyone decides to go make sure to ask for him. I loved the prices and the whole selection of furniture to choose from it was a tuff decision but we found what we needed. We will for sure refer more people to shop Exclusive Furniture where low prices do Live! :)
went to exclusive furniture today and feel great walked out of there feelin like a winner got a sweet deal on a living room set with a 51"tv...was very easy to get financed with out a lot of headaches....will definately be back for more
i purchase a bedroom suite and a mattress set at exclusive furniture and the service was excellent and Zeke was very awesome salesman,I would recommend you visit this store.
