It takes a lot to get us to write a negative review. ECI earned this one. Zero stars. It's hard to overstate how poorly this relationship went. TL;DNR: ECI is a group of nice people who don't know much about what they are doing, but charge huge amounts to tell you to do things you've already done or don't need to be told to do without delivering on the massive promises from the sales team (Nic). DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! After months of flashy onboarding meetings and big promises, we spent over $10k with them for account setup assistance and future performance guarantees, and all we got in return were lots of "we don't know" and "were doing our best". They consistently over promised and under delivered and proved to be incompetent.
