Visited Excite Bikes to buy a hard to find wheel size, which they had, and brought two other bikes to ask their opinion about problems we were experiencing with setup. Even though the bike stand was full and they were busy, they stopped to answer all our questions and gave us great recommendations. Charles has been taking care of my Scott Spark MTB, as well as my road bike and my kids bikes for years. Always honest and thorough. He helped make my son’s birthday with a top recommendation for a first hardtail MTB of his own.
I bought an entry-level bike from a department store and wanted to upgrade it. I visited several shops, but everyone else gave me excuses—except Charles & Jeff. These guys are super knowledgeable, honest, and truly care about their customers. They did a complete rebuild on my bike and made every upgrade I wanted happen.
