I bought an entry-level bike from a department store and wanted to upgrade it. I visited several shops, but everyone else gave me excuses—except Charles & Jeff. These guys are super knowledgeable, honest, and truly care about their customers. They did a complete rebuild on my bike and made every upgrade I wanted happen. Great service! The owner is very knowledgeable and won't try to over sell you. He will tell you the repairs your bike needs and a couple up coming maintenance items. Honest guy and fair prices!
