I was just passing through the area at the beginning of a bike trip when I discovered a leaking caliper. Charles went WAY above and beyond to complete the fix and was able to get it done in the 24 hours I was in the area. The icing on the cake was the pricing was extremely reasonably. Thrilled with the service, vibe and communication. Wish they were closer to me at home.
Great local bike shop with excellent service! It’s been 25+ years since I’ve been on a bike and thought I may run into some issues getting my “entry level” bike put together since I didn’t buy it here. However, Charles treated us great and spent extra time walking me through a few new rider type things to be aware of. Once I’m ready to upgrade, I’ll definitely take Charles’ recommendation on a few of the beautiful bikes he carries.
