Everyone is so nice. And in a personal experience, Stephanie, in the Deckerville branch, went over and above; in helping me , with a banking situation. They are always so helpful
The worst banking experience I have experienced. The staff is horribly rude. I regret opening an account here for my mother. I'll be trying a different location or switching banks.
