I went to EPTG because I was suffering from a strained hamstring for 9 months, nagging pain everyday. I tried resting and stretching, that never worked. Dr. Paige Smith noticed my one hamstring was significantly weaker than the other. Long story short she helped strengthen my hamstring and I am pain free. I was a college athlete who was very hesitant of PT but I am glad I did so and highly recommend.
Kristina is a great therapist, very knowledgeable, patient and kind. Making sure everyone feels welcome and engaged. The space is big and clean with nice views!
I’ve been seeing Dr Tony for PT and dry-needling to help with my chronic headache and migraines, which most often stem from tension in my neck/shoulders. After a month of biweekly sessions I am thrilled at the results - less pain, less tension, and most importantly: significantly fewer headaches and migraines! Cristina is an amazing physical therapist that has managed to help me with mobility and if I myalgia that I suffer. I actually recommend this place apart from the excellent therapist. You have a wonderful view of the city.
Dr. Paige and the entire EPTG Weehawken staff has turned out to be a godsend. When I started going here, I thought I would have to give up my very active lifestyle with my foot, shoulder and neck issues. A year later, I’m stronger, healthier and more active than ever before. Dr. Paige is very knowledgeable, patient, thorough and creates a non anxious environment for first timers. I highly recommend!!
