June 2023 I money was stolen by hackers from my bank account and then in July I received my money back. As I went in this bank the manger and one male employee made a false complaint from my money being stolen that I blamed the bank which the Santa Rosa police has the real proof and this bank has nothing to do with this action and so I highly suggest that this bank needs more positive understanding and not attract your customers I had been going to this one bank over 25 yrs. Due to big corporate banks lack of genuine customer service and lack of communication to their clients I had to move on so I decided to join a Sonoma County local bank and that would be Exchange Bank. Exchange bank was founded in 1890 by father and son, Manville Doyle and Frank Doyle. Frank had a commitment to his community and for that he has his own scholarship for Santa Rosa Jr. College instead of passing down his fortune he used it for students.
