My elderly mother was the victim of domestic abuse and receives a $78.00 check through Etowah County. We went to cash the Echange Bank check at the Gasden location. We provided her Drivers License. Because my mother doesn’t have an account with them, they said they had to build a profile on her.They then sent a 1”x2” piece of paper (nothing official) through the window that required her Name, Job Title and Social Security Number. I have been dealing with them years. They have very friendly environment. Evryone calls me with my name which means they know their customer and take a good care of any financial need from deposits, withdraw and much more. All the tellers are nice and friendly.
