Friendliest bank we’ve ever had. Always a smile and greeted on a first name basis by all the staff. Couldn’t recommended Exchange Bank more. Doesn’t get any better.
This bank is fantastic for both lending on residential and commercial loans, and checking accounts. Melissa Bixby is absolutely wonderful to work with, and the tellers recognize me and know me by name every time I go in. Really enjoying my banking experience here.
Tried to open up an account with them. They did a hard inquiry which lowered my credit without even letting me know. Rude customer service agents. Then stated I needed to wire them 100.00 for opening an account in which I don't know why it wouldn't be able to be done online. These institutions that claim to be "professional" are far from it.
