Nancy was great. I had contacted another travel agent in town about scheduling a trip for my wife and myself. After a week of waiting, they still had not provided me with any information or trip options. I contacted Nancy and gave her my travel dates and she had 3 options for me the next day. She was able to book everything for us. She planned every detail for us including air fair, seat preference, shuttle at the airport, prepaid for baggage, and she even booked us in the elite club at the resort.
