The staff are so friendly and caring. The food is excellent. Taste like home cooking

There is no accountability with the administrative team. If I call to set up transportation, discuss finances, or need to discuss my mom's needs, they do not return phone calls even when leaving voice messages. I must continue to call numerous times over weeks to finally get a live person. It is time consuming and unnecessary.

I was at Smyrna Care Center for physical therapy. The therapist were amazing. I was there for five days. The food was disgusting, most of the time the food was cold. I was put on a shower schedule, my showers were on Tuesdays and Saturdays. When I went to finally take my shower it was dirty. The shower floor had hair on it and there was dried feces under the shower chair needless to say I didn't use it. I went back to my room and just washed up in my bathroom sink.
