I have no idea how UNexceptional Auto Transport stays in business! I was given one price for a car delivery quote ($675), but two days later they increased the total price to $720 -- without my knowledge or agreement. I only found this out after checking my bank statement and noticing the debit to my checking account. When I tried to call someone about this discrepancy, there was no answer initially. Typical B.S. broker. Confirmed for a specific date, then delayed. Supervisor (Harrison) gave me all kinds of lame excuses, promised to get me the name/phone of the phantom driver...then didn't. Could not get through on the phone - receptionist (nasty attitude) kept sending me to filled up voice mailboxes. They also wanted a $150 deposit up front - you don't need to do that with a reputable broker. Lastly, my rep, Robert, sent me his resume and asked me for a job!
Had a great experience, shipped a work vehicle FL - ATL for event. Had strict timelines, was affordable compared to other companies, would recommend and use again!
BAD PEOPLE - RIPPED ME OFF - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - received a quote paid the deposit and the day before my car was going to be shipped they were charging me more money, this is called bait and switch. when I called Harrison he started yelling saying I was lucky it wasn't more money. unprofessional to say the least. Anyone who has had this happen needs to report it to the better business bureau
They contracted to pick up a car on July 25, 2015 they were supposed to pick it up July 29, 2015, they never showed up, or contacted us or the seller of the vehicle as to why they did not show, we tried called 3 different numbers to find out what was going on and not one number would answer, all the voice mail boxes were full and we could not leave any messages to date which is July 31, they also never responded to our emails.
