We needed a fast and same day transport for a very long distance travel for a very confused elderly woman. And they accommodated us when other companies could not. No extra charge for the last minute /same day and fast service they provided. Two friendly and professional guys came to pick her up to deliver her several hours away. They provided a wheelchair and safety belt for the long ride. I would definitely use them again.

My experience with the Excely Health Medical Transport staff was excellent! My reservation for transport was made easily over the phone and confirmed by both text and email. The reservation and time of pickup were confirmed the night before. My driver arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and caring about my wellbeing. Great driver, he made sure I was comfortable and safe before leaving the site. He made sure he took bumps and turns very easy due to the pain I was being treated for. Helped me in and out the wheelchair to insure my safety. Thank u Wilbert for a great transportation experience for 2 days from Encompass.

We used Excely twice to get my wife to the hospital & back. The day started at 6AM & ended 6PM. They were punctual, professional, considerate & reliable. We've already planned our next trip., Had another great trip today. Waited w/ us over 1 hr because doc was running late. Got at least 2 more trips planned. TRY THEM! You will like.

Highly recommend Excely! I needed a medical transport ASAP since I was scheduled for outpatient surgery at the Reinhart Surgery Center in Lake Mary due to the friend who I had arranged to take me pick me up backed out on me 1 hour before was to pick me up. I was in a panic so I called my surgeon office told them I need to reschedule so they gave me the number for Excely.
