We had a reservation for pick up at 6:30am. After that time passed, Excelsior called and said the vehicle was overheating. The communication was the driver would be at our house in 15 minutes with a different vehicle. At that point, we still had time to get to the airport for our flight. 15 minutes went by and no vehicle. I called back and they told me the driver had broken down. Always great service, professional drivers and timely pick up and drop off. Help you with the bags and firndly to talk to. Highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough about this business. Above and beyond!! I will admit, I was a very challenging customer having to update the reservation based on different flights and landing times. We had many changes and many conversations. Kim and her team have been phenomenal!! Kim has been extremely quick to reply to all messages, we get confirmation of driver information, the drivers show up early, and everyone has been friendly and professional.
