Great place Excelsior Lumber's convenient location and excellent service make it our choice for lumber and hardware needs. They have higher quality building products & lumber than the box stores. They also make keys in a flash. I went to Home Depot and Lowes for my windows and went to Excelsior and they came back saving me alot of money. They are a great local business

Terrible customer service. My kitchen cabinets were discontinued in the middle of my order, the kitchen designer mismeasured my space (off by 9"), took an extra week and a half to get new cabinets, and after that no extra trim could be ordered. I am very disappointed. They never apologized or made it right, instead they called me at the last minute and said if I didnt give my credit card # over the phone, I would have no trim for the bottom of my cabinets. Whined and complained about how much time the designer had spent on t... read more
