After giving the proper 2-week notice to withdraw our child from this location, we continued to receive bills for a period of time. I have repeatedly asked the center director to correct these but never heard back. The incorrect bills are now in collections.
I absolutely love this daycare. They are so wonderful to both of my children. The staff are always so nice and caring!
Our toddler loves Excelsior Kindercare! The teachers are wonderful and have taken great care of her since she was an infant. It’s nice getting pictures throughout the day to see how our child is doing and what she is learning. We know she will have fun and be kept safe each day, which means the world to us as parents.
