Do NOT recommend at all. We paid for lessons in advance for a couple of our dogs. After figuring out that it wasn’t at all what we expected after one time we asked for a partial refund. They decided to give us nothing and basically stole $500+ dollars from us. Told us to go find somewhere else for our dogs and kept everything. Very bad business practice and just warning everyone do not pay in advance until you know it is worth it for you and your dogs.
I am not one to write reviews, but I think my horrible experience justifies it. I contacted Crystal several months ago in regards to training for my new GSD puppy. She explained that group classes would be great, that they are great for all age dogs and no prior training is required. I paid $615 total for 12 classes. I showed up to the “training field” in Yelm and it looked like a junkyard. There were junk cars, storage containers, etc. I had no idea if I was even in the right place.
