Poor customer service! They completed my tax return for one year (personal and business); however, it was a lot of work on my part. Then, my contact left the company. 2018, the new person Peter as well as the owner Jon provided horrible customer service. It took Peter weeks to return my call and as of today, Jon D***** has yet to return my call. I believe they can change, but, how do I continue a business relationship with people that will not return my call? I wish them well.
Jon-Michael and his talented team at The Excelon Group are the best! We rely on them for all of our business and personal tax needs. I can say that in dealing with Jon-Michael, his commitment to his faith is obvious. He is a man of excellence & integrity.
