I called wanting to have tax return work done and they hung up on me. The person on the other line thought I was soliciting services or something and proceeded to say "We are not interested, please stop calling." If you are running a business, how do you hang up on a potential customer? It's laughable.
They were very professional and fast service to file taxes.
