I’ve been seeing Charlotte for debilitating back spasms for 6 months currently, and she has been amazing. She has been taking me through stretching and strengthening exercises on the Pilates reformer and it’s been a god send. Her attention to my form, small tweaks and deep understanding of what my body needs has turned everything around. I am beyond grateful for Charlotte’s expertise and sensitive approach to an issue that has been at times, emotional and distressful. Cannot recommend Excellence Physio enough!
I had two physio sessions with Rowena for a shoulder problem. Was rather apprehensive about going as I'm not one for massages or even facing up to any problems, but my shoulder was causing me mobility issues, so along I went. Due to work commitments, I had two evening appointments, and Rowena really worked wonders. At the first appointment, she easily assessed the issue, massaged the affected area, and gave me exercises to do at home.
