Love this place & the Dr. They are very kind & have a great sense of humor. It's not some huge medical facility where you feel like you're a number. They really get to know you, give you exercises & have you use the equipment that gives you the most relief with the least pain or discomfort. I LOVE the water tank that fills with warm water & really helps decrease stress on you joints. It also has a built-in treadmill & stool for a good variety of exercise options. Im sure that the therapists are good here. But we were never able to get to them. Following my wife's OPEN HEART Surgery- an order for therapy was given by the rehabilitation facility. I faxed the order, and confirmed receipt. However after repeated calls spanning over several weeks was unable to get her therapy scheduled. Always someone checking on something or calling someone else every time and never a single call back. What I'm experiencing is that most of all problems with insurance, medical care, and scheduling comes d... read more
