My experience with Excellence Physical Therapy was phenomenal. Throughout the process, they helped me stay encouraged through recovery as well as progress in a timely manner. The entire staff was very caring and they create a family atmosphere. Thanks to them, I’m back to work and enjoying daily life again!
I have numerous details to support my three star rating. I feel there are good intentions at this facility and want to help, however I felt they simply were not meeting my needs. Just a couple key things that contributed to my switch to another therapy clinic. - Timeliness - Arriving ~10min late for an 8am appointment multiple times was a no go for me. - Both my Injury doctor and Chiropractor cringed when informed of some of the specific exercises I was instructed. Highly, highly recommend going here for any and all physical therapy needs. The staff are amazing, caring and give hope along with the care provided.
I’m very happy with the treatment and quality of care I received from the Physical Therapy team here. I would recommend them to everyone needing therapy in Panama City and Port Saint Joe. I used both locations. The water tank therapy was fantastic.
