After an honest mix up with my ride specifically Greg, and the team went above and beyond to get me where I needed to go. I cannot thank them enough for the effort and care. Will use their company every time
We used this service to transfer us between our hotels in cairns and port douglas. On both journeys the drivers were abrupt and rushed us despite the high prices we paid for their services. We arrived down at least 5 minutes prior to our departure time but both times they said we were late. The staff reluctantly helped us with our bags which is the minimum I would expect with this kind of service. Members of staff were stressed which stinks of poor management. My accommodation helped me book a shuttle from Port Douglas to Cairns city with Excellence. All in all it was a good experience. The shared shuttle bus arrived 5 minutes ahead of the departure time, but we were ready so it was fine. The coach itself was comfortable with cushioned seats and air conditioning. It also wasn’t too full so there was plenty of room. The shuttle has a trailer where all the checked luggage is stored.
