Used Excellance as our Port Douglas shuttle bus. We paid for 6 days transport for around Port Douglas, mainly from hotel into town or vice versa. They were prompt with picking up when called. Always gave us an approx time of collection. Waiting times ranged from 1 min to 10 mins. Would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend.
By far the most cost efficient, reliable and comfortable way to get around Cairns. We travelled from Cairns to Port Douglas and back to the airport with ease. Friendly, efficient and timely. Thanks Team.
