Excellent service, friendly staff and safe drivers.
We were met promptly by our driver who took us to our hotel in Port Douglas without any issues. Easy to book on their website and always someone to talk to on the phone. The very helpful staff also retrieved my prescription glasses from the shuttle I left them on and delivered them without fuss to our accommodation, which saved us a lot of stress, highly recommend this company
I made a reservation and had to cancel it. Taking my money was effortless, but giving it back seems impossible. They keep coming up with new excuses or things to do to get a refund. Communication is terrible. At this point, I doubt I’ll ever see that refund. Don’t make the same mistake I did by booking a private ride with them. It’s not worth losing that much money.
Inconsiderate horrible drivers and their customer service representatives are rude and one of the worst human beings I have ever spoken to.
We have been using now for the last several years. The service is always on point and timely. Great friendly drivers and always had a smooth ride between Cairns and Port Douglas. The boys on the local shuttle around Port Douglas are great. A specific mention to both Charlie and Richard who we seem to see time and time again year in year out. They truly are passionate about what they do and make everyone feel welcomed and valued. They stand the test of time as other drivers come and go. Thanks once again guys. We look forward... read more
