These people have no consideration for the block they work on. They are rude and even with their vast space to put Cars they're working on in front of their own business- they tow cars down to the residential side of the block and dump them there for weeks. It's on a one way street- I'll be trying to get home from work and they've entirely blocked people from going down the street just so they can rearrange their cars or have some conversation with another person. Great work takes a little time so if you want a sloppy rush job this is not the place for you, if you want quality dealership/factory like repairs this place is what you want, excellent customer service who tries to cater to your every need, they even gave me a loaner vehicle so I wouldn’t have to pay for a rental !! Thank you Excellence for the excellent service..

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I wish I could give 0 star. They kept my car for almost 2 months “fixing it” and when I got the car, found out that they put a lot of miles on it, plus they left personal belongings inside my car; therefore, they were using my car for almost two months and they thought I wouldn’t notice it. TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR MILES before handing in to an auto repair. Lesson learned.
