Customer service needs improving in terms of communication and updating customer re delays, repricing etc …. but wow the fitters Adam and Shaun are God send. They are friendly, patient, helpful and above all absolute professionals. They just go above and beyond fitting your blinds … Adam fitted my Ring video door thingy for no extra cost to me, what a gent !!! . These 2 are highly recommended !!!
Brilliant service. We highly recommend these. From the man who measured up to the lads that fitted, the team were great, very polite and helpful, no mess! The blinds look beautiful! Thank you very much.
My blinds are strting to curl i got black out vertical and they have gone really bad after 7 months

What an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend Excell Shutters and Blinds. My new shutters are amazing and Tom and Sean who fitted them were both very professional so all in all very pleased and would definitely recommend.
