I went to therapy two times. The first wasn't bad, mostly light movements to get started. The second session was awful! They obviously didn't check my MRIs and probably couldn't have read them anyway. By the time I was done, I could barely walk and the pain in my lower back was terrible. My left foot was over half numb. I called my surgeon and they said not to go back and have them note it on my chart and also notify my ins. Well they dropped the ball! I have been coming to the North Huntington facility for several months now for shoulder rehab. Tim and the entire team are great. Professional, personable and friendly. They are knowledgeable and take time to explain everything in detail. Would recommend 100%.
Daniel is unprofessional, rude, opinionated, disrespectful and cuts sessions for himself and other therapists in half. Which would be insurance fraud.
