Long satisfied customer I have done business with Excel for something over 10 years and have never had a problem that could not be easily fixed. For example, I ordered three items in early May and after about two weeks they had not arrived. I called Excel and they sent out a duplicate order via overnight delivery and gave me credit for the missing shipment.We never did figure out what went wrong with the original shipment but Excel made things right and I was more than pleased.Things go wrong.
