i sprained my MCL snowboarding and was devastated to not be able to walk normally. kevin was incredible to work with: each sessions was meticulously crafted to focus on exactly where i felt pain and where i need to grow in flexibility. we spent each session on recovery i wouldn’t be able get at home (deep massages at most sensitive areas, cupping, equipment i didn’t have). he then prescribed new exercises for me to work on at home best part: his dad jokes
