I can't recommend this practice enough! Jonathan Moshenberg is an excellent physical therapist. I was referred to him by my podiatrist for foot pain, but ended up staying to work on spinal issues (lower back and neck) as well. I'm happy to report that my foot, lower back, and neck are all showing significant improvement. PT is not an easy undertaking--some of it is very difficult--but I found myself looking forward to visits anyway because each one got me closer to my goals. I've been coming to Excel PT in Westfield for many years and I can't recommend it enough. The entire team is wonderful. Aaron is an exceptional physical therapist — knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in his patients. He takes the time to understand what's going on and creates a plan that actually works. I always leave feeling better than when I came in. If you're looking for physical therapy in the area, look no further!
Jonathan has no bedside manner and makes assumptions over the phone, when you've had extensive testing that proves otherwise.
I was going to try this facility, especially since Ebony at the front desk is such a sweetheart. However, after speaking to Jonathan on the phone, I choose not to. He did not have good bedside manner. I was trying to explain that I had sciatica caused from a car accident. I had an MRI, and neuropathy testing. It's confirmed that I don't have neuropathy and he insisted that I did saying "if it walks like a duck..." He's wrong. My elementary aged son needed PT for several weeks for his ankle and was scheduled with Aaron Ploshnick. At first my son was hesitant to go, but Aaron was so kind and fun that PT very quickly became his favorite place to be. He’s already had improvements with ankle and associated pain in a relatively short time and he’s so sad that his PT sessions will be winding down.
